Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers across Europe using SmartPosti and its trusted logistics partners.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange delivery where possible.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.


Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Baltic countries: 2-3 business days
  • Finland: 3-5 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 5-10 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs procedures, local courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or peak seasonal demand.

We ship using SmartPosti parcel services and trusted delivery partners throughout Europe.

Depending on your location and the products ordered, available delivery options may include:

  • Parcel lockers
  • Courier delivery

Available shipping methods will be displayed during checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.


Shipping Costs

We currently charge the following shipping rates:

  • Baltic countries: Free shipping
  • Finland: €9.90 (free for orders over €199)
  • Rest of Europe: €14.90 (free for orders over €199)

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already placed.


Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For orders shipped within the European Union, additional customs duties generally do not apply.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland, import duties, VAT, customs charges, clearance fees, and other local taxes may be imposed by the destination country's authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

We recommend checking local import regulations before placing an order.


Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or an unclaimed parcel, we may charge additional shipping costs before reshipping the order.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photographs of the damage where possible.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.

For consumer purchases, risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person designated by you, take physical possession of the goods, except where otherwise provided by applicable law.
