14-Day Right of Return

If you are a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Condition of Returned Items (Inspection and Use)

You are allowed to inspect and handle the product in a way that would be similar to how you would in a physical store. This may include opening packaging and assembling products where applicable.

For example, if a product requires assembly, assembling it does not automatically remove your right to return it.

However, you are responsible for any reduction in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

This means:

Items should be returned in a condition suitable for resale as new, where reasonably possible
Excessive use, damage, or improper handling may result in a deduction from your refund
Original packaging, parts, and accessories should be included where available

This approach follows the standard consumer protection principles applied within the European Union.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If we provide a return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund, provided this is clearly communicated in advance.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law:

custom-made or personalized products
products made to the customer’s specifications
items that cannot be returned in a resaleable condition due to misuse, damage, or excessive handling beyond inspection
other categories exempt from withdrawal rights under applicable law

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.

If applicable, any reduction in value of the returned goods will be clearly communicated before the refund is finalized.
